I spent several hours on the phone with Apple making sure that all the requirments (cloud back up) was as it should be to make this program work. On 5th day I was told that I was not eligible for a refund because the program was working. I was sent an email stating that I would have that happen in 3-5 days. I decided on day three that it wasn't working properly and I wanted the refund. No live support and when you need it they just send you eamils repeatedly with the same original instructions on it.
